I have a holiday booked during my 8-week plan. Can I still sign up?
Of course! Your plan can adapt to your schedule. I’ll stay in touch while you’re away (if you’d like), and we’ll pick up where we left off when you return, ensuring no momentum is lost.
What if I change my mind during the 8-week plan? Can I get a refund for unused sessions?
