Welcome everyone! My name is Chloe and I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 12 years!

A few years ago I took some time out of the fitness industry and began working and travelling. I visited Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Bali and Australia; and it was my travel to these countries where I really started to explore a more in-depth practice and study in Yoga.

I recognised that Yoga was so much more than being able to do the most challenging pose, as it became more about an opportunity for headspace, to wind down and give back to my body.

I am originally from Nottingham and having moved around a little, I am now settled in the lovely village of Kineton, Warwickshire with my husband and miniature dachshunds, Woody and Rex.

Currently, I am teaching predominantly from home at my studio, which I love! I’m also teaching across gyms and studios in Leamington, Warwick and at MOD Kineton. You can also find me at Kineton Village Hall on Wednesday evenings.
However, I do teach more than just Yoga- check out my qualifications I’ve picked up over the years below.

Over my 12 years of fitness coaching, I have been heavily involved in working with people with disabilities and injuries. My belief is that exercise should be for everyone no matter your circumstances; it’s all about finding what you can do.
